A £1000 reservation fee secures the property of your choice

 
45 Days later the 30% deposit is due 
This can be funded by us if required, but if we do fund it, we will also make the payments for you until the property is complete. Or we will pay you interest on the 30% Deposit until it is completed, the reservation fee is also deducted from the deposit

When completed we will provide a guaranteed mortgage for your property, which of course clears your deposit loan. Or you may pay the final balance from your own source. 

You are then free to sell your property and take the net profit

or

Enjoy the income from your Spa Resort Investment and watch your investment grow, as well as 30 days FREE use of the facilities
